Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our Payroll and HR Depts use ADP
  • Payroll is very easy and super intuitive
  • Benefits module helps us manage benefits and allows us to stay in compliance
  • Love that there is an app employees can download to see their earnings and year end statements
  • Time and Attendance makes it easy to keep track of hourly employees
  • ACA reporting seems to be super complicated. Could use improvements in setting it up. Otherwise it takes forever to test and retest until you get it right
  • Probably just our company, but tax payments always seem to be paid incorrectly and we get notices from the state often
  • Otherwise mostly happy with the system
  • Saved about $10,000 in IT costs last 5 years
  • Increased user efficiency
  • Easier to manage overall payroll and HR performance/increased business effectiveness
Our HR team has saved over 50 hours per month. - previously we used separate HR and payroll systems. Now with ADP workforce now, everything is all in one. Starting from entering new hires, instead of 2 systems we enter them just on ADP. Weekly timeclock management for hourly workers used to be exported from different software and moved over to our payroll system, now everything is in ADP, so there is no need for data transfers and it saves lots of time.
ADP includes comprehensive services like paying taxes on your behalf that makes it easier to use. HR module allows all employee-related records in one place. ACA and Benefits allow us to better understand current legislation and demands and stay in compliance. Overall, ADP makes things easier and intuitive. Other programs we used in the past never had comprehensive services like the scale ADP has
In our experience, ADP does payroll /HR/benefits really well. I think it suits companies with at least 500 employees. Any less, the costs may be too high. The system takes care of payroll, taxes, and benefits. So it's really an all-in-one solution. ADP system is very easy to get started
