Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP Workforce for payroll, employee records, onboarding, benefits management, etc. It is used by HR, accounting, and management.

Pros

  • ADP Workforce is fair at employee file-keeping.

Cons

  • Linking ETime to ADP Workforce on time and attendance would be great.
  • ADP Workforce app never works.
  • The link between ETime and Workforce is not there.
ADP Workforce is an okay product. There are much user-friendly and technologically advanced products out there.

ADP has room to improve on their technology, user-friendliness, and integration with other programs.
