Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP WFN is being used across the entire organization in the US. It is being used for HR, benefits, time and attendance, and performance management.
Pros
- It is easy to navigate and is date driven so you can review entries when change was made.
- It is a one-stop-shop for all HR needs.
Cons
- Upgrades should be fully tested before being released so as to provide minimal impact when published and have a cut off time for release. No upgrades should be released as the end of the calendar year approaches as there is enough going on with closing out the year and to avoid any disruption with the WFN platform.
- Analytics has assisted in the review of business practices to assist in driving down the turnover rate.
ADP WFN turned out to be a one-stop-shop for us. Being the main administrator of the product, I make ADP work for me!
