Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are currently using it across the entire company and it has helped with transparency with PTO, time worked and onboarding.

Pros

  • It's user-friendly on the basic level, meaning scheduling time off, clocking in and out, etc. Employees can jump right in from onboarding forward.

Cons

  • I'm struggling with personalized support. While there are lots of avenues for support, it's hard to find one person that is able to help from start to finish and really assist when needed.
  • We have had better tracking of time off and have been able to decrease the amount of extra paid time given due to lack of tracking and notes.
I am still building modules and though at times I have definitely lost the personal support I had been promised, the ability to personalize for our company's needs have been good.
Too much of a change at the time.
Its ease of use for employees is a top seller.

on 2/10/2020 I had a representative spend 4 hours on the phone with me helping resolve a tax issue, they went above and beyond.
