Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used by one department. However, we do use some type of ADP software across our company worldwide. We use ADP to help streamline our payroll and HR practices across our company.

Pros

  • Makes the payroll process run smoothly when calculating taxes
  • Helps to streamline paying state taxes and deposit them on time

Cons

  • Reports area could be easier to use when creating reports without having to have ADP's help. Should be able to create any report needed, if all of our systems (benefits) "speak" to each other.
  • Should not have to check on our ADP team to make sure that they are depositing taxes as they should be. We are paying for the services. Babysitting should not be needed.
  • Makes payroll easier to run
  • Less time spent on payroll
The system does what we need when we need it 99% of the time.
  • We have our health benefits "talking" to ADP.
  • Our 401k downloads and uploads are working great.
Our 401k feeds took a while because there was a slight hiccup due to the codes between the systems. Finally got it working though.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited to have everything at your fingertips. It is nice to have the payroll and HR systems all in one place and be able to quickly maneuver between the two to find the information that is needed.
