Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP WFN for payroll, HR, recruiting, and benefits. Employees have self-service access to make changes to their profile and benefits. It's a big help because we don't have to enter all the changes. We just approve the changes employees submit.
  • Open Enrollment - Employees make their choices in the system and not by paper.
  • Recruitment - Applications are easy to transfer to payroll.
  • The change report during payroll preview - It is too long for each employee and needs to be condensed.
