- Access to vast Training Library materials.
- Sales of the system itself.
- Implementation process is painful and frustrating.
- High turnover resulting in lack of continuity in service. Support before, during and after implementation is unacceptable. Unskilled, untrained, unavailable service team. Not genuinely interested in ensuring the system works for the client.
- Scheduling tool is very limited.
- Complicated document storage functionality.
- Limited customization on home portal.
- Ability to easily track and audit data for compliance.
- Resources and content for compliance training.
- Very time intensive and lots of troubleshooting for implementation. Service team is useless.
- Benefits administration carrier feeds
- Namely
ADP is much more robust with functionality and scalability. That said, it tends to complicate processes unless you luck out and get a service team who will take the time to support you.
