Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP WFN is used across the entire organization for payroll, time and attendance, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, reporting, training, performance management, training, document storage, communication, annual reviews, goals tracking, storing employee data, and auditing, and scheduling.
  • Reporting.
  • Access to vast Training Library materials.
  • Sales of the system itself.
  • Implementation process is painful and frustrating.
  • High turnover resulting in lack of continuity in service. Support before, during and after implementation is unacceptable. Unskilled, untrained, unavailable service team. Not genuinely interested in ensuring the system works for the client.
  • Scheduling tool is very limited.
  • Complicated document storage functionality.
  • Limited customization on home portal.
  • Ability to easily track and audit data for compliance.
  • Resources and content for compliance training.
  • Very time intensive and lots of troubleshooting for implementation. Service team is useless.
The system has the capacity and functionality to scale to support high volume and multi national locations. International system support will be through a third party and is unpredictable.
  • Benefits administration carrier feeds
  • Namely
ADP is much more robust with functionality and scalability. That said, it tends to complicate processes unless you luck out and get a service team who will take the time to support you.
ADP is a fairly robust system with enough capacity to support even a large organization. The library of training and compliance content is helpful. However BEWARE, unless you are very seasoned in system implementation and launch, ADP WFN is extremely challenging to set up and they provide very little help. They rush through steps, often miss steps altogether, and they do not communicate internally which causes unnecessary confusion and inefficiency. Their service support is horrible. Their training tools during implementation and set up are outdated and inaccurate, but they force you to spend hours on line ready training manuals that aren't relevant before you can ask a question. They have high turnover, therefore don't plan to build a partnership with your service leader because they will be gone before you know it. They are unorganized, lacking in communication, they have an inexperienced workforce, and they do not prioritize client service. Also, check your invoices because they are generally wrong, not in your favor.
