Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We are using it across the organization. We use it as an HRIS system, for payroll, reporting/ACA, etc. It is a good system for payroll processing. They also file and deposit our federal, state, and local taxes.
Pros
- Payroll- Seamless and can resolve issues quickly.
- Reporting - Some of the standard reports are helpful and easy to compile.
Cons
- Customer Service- It is horrible. No follow through and very slow response times.
- Lack of capability to adjust to user settings. They are unable to fix problems we have from an organization standpoint.
- It saves us a significant amount of time on payroll processing.
- Recruitment
- ACA
It took a solid year or more to get everything we wanted to be integrated. Recruitment was ok and was able to be integrated with our BG check process and jobs posted on Indeed. ACA was easy to implement after we had benefits up and running. There are smaller details within each integration that could use some work.
We have only evaluated the other companies and have not had a chance to use them directly. However, these products look much more promising than ADP. I am not sure about the cost comparison.
