Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
There are a couple of employees that do log-on for their views though. It is being used by the Finance Department. I am the main user, but I do have a backup. I like that I am able to process the payroll from home.
Pros
- When you have an issue, a case number is issued so you are able to go back to that issue in the future.
- They also email you. This way, if you have a question that is not pressing it can be addressed via email.
- The customer service reps will stay on the phone with you while you double check your issue that you called about making sure everything is to your standards
Cons
- I would like the system not to log you out.
- Sometimes, it is difficult to understand the customer service representatives.
- General ledger mapping. When you have an issue it can never be taken care of while I am on the phone; they always have to get back to you which holds up the process on our end.
Paychex runs close to ADP Workforce Now, but ADP is less expensive.
