Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for Payroll across the organization. Additionally, we are using it for reporting purposes to our parent company. We also use the time and attendance module. It has made our timecard processing so much more efficient. Additionally, in any type of reporting of employee data, it is very helpful.

I believe that with some of the changes we have been implementing lately, ADP Workforce Now has been able to handle the new processes we need. Additionally, I think that we have been able to adapt to the changes from the ease of use in navigating the system, as well as my payroll administrator being able to reach out with any questions or issues.

I only used the timecard processing function in Kronos in a previous position, and I think ADP Workforce now is comparable

I have not personally used support, however my payroll supervisor has, and the main complaint is getting a response and help in a timely manner.
I believe ADP Workforce Now is well suited for just about any company. We have branches all across the United States, and it makes things easier. We also need to do reporting to our parent company, which I believe the information we can pull from ADP is a great help for this. Unless you have a business with very few employees, I think that ADP Workforce Now is a great option.
