Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is used by the whole organization. It is the HRIS system for the company.
  • Data.
  • Great and easy ability to run reports.
  • Chat on all features such as new hire/payroll/reporting.
  • Phone prompts too are too tedious.
  • Ease for employees to use ADP on mobile app.
  • One site to house employee data.
  • We have a file feed to Blue Cross Blue Shield.
  • We have a file feed to COBRA through WageWorks.
I have used PeopleSoft for 5 years - very easy to use. We upgraded to 9.2 and were able to easily able to teach the HR team how to use it. ADP is comparable.
The chat feature is the best! The staff is friendly and responds quickly. Support on the phone however just leads to being passed around to different departments.

COVID-19 Response

On my splash page there was always an update on COVID related information. Very useful and easy to understand.
Webinars were well presented. I attended two and they were very informative.
Due to the information provided during the webinar - I was able to explore tuition reimbursement that was part of the CARE act.
Mobile offering wasn't beneficial to Open Enrollment - employees tried to complete enrollment but had difficulties and completed on a computer.
