Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being utilized in the US only for payroll and benefits. Obviously, it addresses the need to be able to pay our employees and complete our semi-monthly payrolls. The biggest issue with ADP is inconsistent support, especially since they are not all payroll experts. We lean on ADP Workforce Now very much for this function and depending on who answers the phone we are not always confident in the answers provided. I and members of my team have been instructed to do things that made our situation worse because of severe lack of knowledge. So this has damaged the trust. We attended the ADP Summit in 2019 which was great but the support discussed during this summit was not provided afterward. For example, as I am new to the organization I needed help with benefits open enrollment. I was told my company qualified for an advisor to help us through the process but one was never assigned to us. Our benefits enrollment process suffered greatly from this error, and I am still not happy about this.
- Size of the organization
- Expertise
- Inconsistent responses from representatives in the service centers
- Lack of accountability for errors
- Because I was not assigned my enrollment specialist for benefits open enrollment, my enrollments for our new medical plan were not effective on 1/1/2020 as planned
