Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used by the company with an office on the neighbor islands of Hawaii. Presently, it addresses our need to automate our time and attendance system and provides us the ability to obtain accurate and timely reports that are much needed for our grant funders.

Pros

  • Time and attendance module is very user friendly.
  • Reports as a whole are accurate and easy to create and use.

Cons

  • Better customer service via the Service Request feature
  • Cost savings
ADP Workforce Now has been able to meet our company's needs entirely.
Two years ago, our company was using paper timesheets and logging into Ceridian via batch for paycheck processing. The company updated its Ceridian system but was not told that the system would sunset soon thus causing the company to have to purchase DayForce or seek alternatives. We chose ADP Workforce Now as a result.

Overall support for Payroll Account Manager has been outstanding.
It's very user friendly. Bridge support needs to be updated.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited to our company as there are various cost centers that need to be charged for employee work hours. With ADP, we were able to accomplish this.
