Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce now has been used across our company for 2 years. We have found the interface to be intuitive and relatively user friendly for payroll and HR administrative functions.

  • Database management.
  • Reporting.
  • API connectivity to bridge platforms when we are migrating data.
  • Better API interface to help us track where applicants are feeding from.
  • Easier password process for employee users who do not access the platform often.
  • More efficient.
  • Complete employee database.
  • Better management of employee files via electronic file uploads.
I've found the system to be useful in sharing data, especially between HR and departments we bridge.
ADP is certainly more robust, but also, more expensive. We do not partner with ADP for ATS because of the price.

I love ADP now that I understand how to utilize it to its full potential.
ADP takes some practice but is a very useful tool. I would like to see improvements to make it more user friendly for those who are occasional users of the platform.
I find that ADP really can be a one-size fits all tool for HR professionals. It makes it difficult to leave the platform for other service providers because of the functionality and the frequent updates.

Regular users of the system do express frustration at the registration process which has been described as clunky and cumbersome by those who are not frequent users of more robust technology platforms.
