Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are using ADP for our HR, payroll, recruitment, performance, and onboarding. It helps to streamline our processes.
  • The manager point of view is simple and easy to navigate.
  • The mobile functionality is nice for employees.
  • The onboarding is nice.
  • Needs fillable documents for onboarding.
  • Needs complete I9 cycle including purging of I9s.
  • Needs more in depth implementation.
  • Have not seen it yet.
I see it translate to accounting and HR.
ADP seems to be missing some key areas, but overall is user friendly.

The support seems to be here and there. No real consistency. Felt that the implementation team was pushing us off sooner than what we were ready for.
It is user friendly for the most part. I have had employees who had to delete and add their apps back (ADP support told them to) because the app wasn't working correctly. A few other one-offs like that as well.
The implementation seemed rushed. There was a lot more that we wanted to get out of it and had questions on. I do like the overall ease of the symptoms, but there are 'bugs' here and there that do not complete the whole process.
