Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ADP Workforce now primarily for payroll and benefits administration. We use it across the organization so managers can submit job change and pay increases for their employees. We use it to track PTO.

Pros and Cons

PTO accruals/tracking.
Benefits enrollment.
Payroll check calculating - Voids and manual checks.

Employee documents are sometimes glitchy.
Built in tutorials would be nice - or links on each page to a help video.
Reporting could be a bit easier to filter/alter.

Support Rating

Our payroll account manager is knowledgeable and readily available by phone or email, whichever we prefer. She is realistic and helps us achieve what we are looking for. If she's off for the day the team of support professionals does a good job stepping in.

Usability

As someone not involved in implementation it would be nice to have an official overview of all the products features or a checklist to go through and discover all the capabilities currently available to me. Some kind of tutorial maybe.

Likelihood to Recommend

We love how well the benefits feature integrates into payroll for deductions setup and take down. It's also nice that it feeds directly to our carriers for most benefits. I wish the first of the month benefits deductions would calculate better though. We currently have to work around the system if anyone had a change or is a brand new hire and the first of the month doesn't fall within the first pay period of the month. Because it's not automatic there's room for error.
