Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ADP Workforce Now has been used by our organization to support payroll and HR functions. All employees use ADP Workforce to track their salaries and bonuses, print pay statements, W-2 forms, track and submit PTOs, and so forth. It is a helpful tool when doing benefit enrollment. It sends out reminds a couple times to make sure people won't forget it.

Pros and Cons

It is a user friendly tool.
They also have an app to be used on mobile devices.
They offer video tutorials to help to understand and use their services.

Some reporting functions can be improved.
PTO approval - it doesn't allow clustered PTO dates to be approved in one submissions, you have to submit multiple times.
It seems they can't report salary vs. commissions separately.

Return on Investment

It is a good investment for our HR department.
It makes payroll easier.
It also helps to track employee time.

Scalability

It has great scalability. ADP Workforce allows us to use one program to get it all done to meet our organization's need.

Systems Integrated With

I don't know if we have plan to do so.

Alternatives Considered

I used TriNet in a different company before my current employer. ADP Workforce Now is more user-friendly and offers more features.

Generally speaking, ADP Workforce Now is a great tool for companies to manage their payroll and HR services and helps employees to track their compensations, benefits and PTOs, etc.

Likelihood to Recommend

ADP Workforce Now is a great tool for companies to manage their payroll and HR services. It is easy to use and offers many functions and features. It sends you reminder to make sure you enroll benefits each year and send you reminder to double check to make you chose the right plan after the open enrollment window closed. But if I need to take PTO on non-consecutive days, have to submit multiple PTO requests to be approved.
