Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time & attendance, PTO accruals/tracking/requests, reporting, document storage, on-boarding, HRIS. All employees use ADP Workforce Now for their check stubs, PTO requests, W2s, etc.

Pros

We've grown from less than 20 to almost 100 with no issues in ADP Workforce Now.

The support for tax issues is extremely frustrating. ADP Smart Compliance is very useful until you have questions and need to talk to a tax representative. There is no direct way to contact them, and they are not responsive to emails. We had a very frustrating situation with registering for a new state this year.
ADP Workforce Now offers many good features: time& attendance, PTO tracking, mobile app, HRIS functions. The LMS is unorganized and not as robust as it was sold to us. We're still waiting for a full-blown OSHA 10-hour training course to be added to the system. We were told it was planned to be added by September 2024.
