Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We've been very happy with our transition to ADP Workforce Now. After initially moving to WFN for payroll, we've added the Time and Attendance function and eliminated the much maligned time clock from the building. Team members have better access to their time, as well as time off balances and pay stubs, etc. all in one place. All time off requests for the company are now submitted and approved through WFN, automating a process previously done with paper leave request forms. These two process changes have saved significant administrative time for managers as well in the payroll submission process. We are also currently moving our 401k plan to ADP Retirement Services, which will streamline another time consuming administrative process, as well as provide a cost savings to the plan. Overall, great products and great support!

All implementations with ADP have gone very well. The teams are very knowledgeable.
Our prior payroll company shut down and we were essentially handed over to ADP. We didn't have time to do a lot of shopping around but overall very pleased with ADP.
