Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

The whole organization uses ADP for payroll, time tracking, talent development and as a resource center.

  • Decreased time on manual payroll practices
For the most part, we have only one or two users who use all the functionalities; most in the org only use the vacation request and time card functions. We have not done a good job of highlighting the features.
  • Carrier connections
We haven't proceeded with the integration, but it is an easy endeavor.
Paycor did not have greater features or functionality than ADP WFN.

Every time I have reached out to the support team at ADP, they have either resolved the issue immediately, or have done further research to resolve within a few days. They also know when to escalate and do the work on the back end, or when to guide us so that we can resolve the issue on our end.
ADP WFN is well suited to mid to large companies that are seeking a comprehensive payroll/HRIS system that provides a talent management, acquisition, L&D and performance management platform.

I don't think it is well suited for companies that only need payroll services.
