ADP Workforce Now is being used by the whole organization. It addresses payroll issues, PTO issues, Health/Benefits issues, Payroll deductions issues such as child support, missing receipts, loans, and Retirement issues.

It tracks year to date payroll for employees and the employer
Customer Service
Tracks deductions

Some customer support cannot be understood as English is not their main language
Reports are difficult to find/locate

Positive impact- I can track every thing I need to track regarding pay
