Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used by the whole organization. It addresses payroll issues, PTO issues, Health/Benefits issues, Payroll deductions issues such as child support, missing receipts, loans, and Retirement issues.
  • It tracks PTO extremely well
  • It tracks year to date payroll for employees and the employer
  • Customer Service
  • Tracks deductions
  • Some customer support cannot be understood as English is not their main language
  • Reports are difficult to find/locate
  • Positive impact- I can track every thing I need to track regarding pay
  • Positive impact- I can track every thing I need to track regarding benefits
  • Positive impact- I can track every thing I need to track regarding deductions
  • Negative is some support cannot be understood due to language barrier
Having used the software at two employers, I know ADP Workforce Now can be formatted for each employer's needs.

Support is good except when you get a support person who does not speak clear English.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for large and small employers. I use it now working for large employer and previously used it with a small employer.
