ADP Workforce Now is being used by the whole organization. It addresses payroll issues, PTO issues, Health/Benefits issues, Payroll deductions issues such as child support, missing receipts, loans, and Retirement issues.
- It tracks PTO extremely well
- It tracks year to date payroll for employees and the employer
- Customer Service
- Tracks deductions
- Some customer support cannot be understood as English is not their main language
- Reports are difficult to find/locate
