Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

The whole organization uses ADP. It is our one stop shop for benefits, time keeping, payroll, etc.
  • Reporting
  • On Boarding
  • Employee Information
  • Payroll Processing
  • Reviews
  • Benefit enrollment
  • Benefit management
  • Time off tracking
  • Negative - We've had several issues with our benefits feed from ADP and it's caused issues with employees.
  • Positive - Our CEO is working on a living wage project and she wants reports from ADP. I can either build this reports for her or ADP already has something I can use.
  • Positive - Processing payroll is very easy with ADP, as long as I have the reports needed ready to input. We do a cell phone allowance at the first of the month. I have a input saved and it's very easy to upload theses one off payrolls.
We have some users that have issues with using ADP. I believe it's a mixture of them not exploring ADP and a need for us, as a company, to go in and clean up our past data, made before the current ADP updates.
This was done before I started working here.
  • Heartland Payroll+
I was actually a payroll specialist with Heartland Payroll in the past. From my experaince ADP has a more robust reporting feature and is good for those that have a logical thought process. Several years ago I worked with ADP Enterpirse Verison 4 & 5 and ADP Vantage. To me the thought process for finding information in ADP was more a more logic based processed.

Do you think ADP Workforce Now delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with ADP Workforce Now's feature set?

Yes

Did ADP Workforce Now live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of ADP Workforce Now go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy ADP Workforce Now again?

Yes

I try not to call into ADP, unless it's urgent, because I know I can be waiting on the phone for up to an hour. I usually just send in a service request or go to The Bridge. I usually always get a response within 48 hours and the issued fixed or pointed in the right direction.
Overall ADP is very usefully and does its jobs well. Our biggest pain point from the last year is managing our benefit enrollments thought ADP. We have had several issues with ADP feeding information to our benefit providers and our other issues on the back end of our benefits.
