Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use the system for housing employee information globally, but processing US payroll, compliance, benefits, and performance management (annual reviews). It is used by Human Resources, payroll, employees, and managers. Employees are able to have self service globally which is helpful.

Cons

  • Would love for the system to be global so we could process payroll globally and administer benefits globally
  • Would love to see an update to time and attendance feature
  • Would like to see a better onboarding options and compensation management
  • Has helped with US employee management
  • Would like to extend more consistent options to international employees
Provided a lower rating because we are a mid-size company that operates globally and we need to scale for growth but not large company growth and from a global perspective, ADP does not offer that.
