ADP OKAY BUT NEEDS SOME WORK

It does reach all departments and different sites.

Since starting to use ADP, there have been several attempts to improve the customer service. The worst one was CORE Support, with one team to work with us. They were never available when needed, especially in a time crunch with payroll processing issues. Glad I went away from that. The wait times are too long, and sometimes I have to call back and try different service techs to get the helpful answer I was looking for. I also feel there is now help when calling and someone telling you there is a better way to do things, they just answer the question, not guide you to a better outcome. This is not to say that I have had some fabulous techs help me with issues! I think that once the issue of support is fixed, your product would be pretty good.

Our Company has many, many different pay plans so there is a lot of manual entry into pay data batches. For hourly pay, it works great, not so much for Salary plus commission people. The reporting system has gotten stronger, but is not the simplest system to use, and updates continue to mess up some of the saved reports and even the canned ones. The worst thing is an employee moves from semi-monthly pay to Monthly pay, never leaves his desk, under the same employer with the same EIN and gets 2 w2's, shows up in two different places for reporting, and jumbles up his employment history with prior positions. This is the most frustrating thing about the system to me!
