Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Across the whole organization. HR Administrators, Payroll, Employees. Employees may review policies, paychecks, announcements, update their personal/payroll information.
  • Allow employees to use and review pay stubs
  • Allows for a lot of report selections
  • Although it is nice to have many FIELD options to choose from when reporting, there tends to be TONS of fields that seem to be over-duplicated (gender) or maybe even unneeded (at least in the 2 companies I've used it for -- Associate ID).
  • Although I love how you can enter things into the dashboard (pictures, announcement areas, etc... I wish it allowed an administrator to choose their own "set up" areas and not minimize the structure (how many setup groupings) were allowed on a screen - or allowed for an administrator to move areas around a little easier instead of limiting the setup of the dashboard.
I am not sure of the scalability yet, but it seems to be decent so far

At my last company, they were good to respond, although sometimes I wasn't too sure they answered what I needed as correctly as they should've.
ADP WFN is great with payroll/paycheck area; pretty decent with the Time and Attendance area. In my experience, it can be a little confusing at times (like when it mentions the "supervisor" area to check off, does it mean the employee AS A SUPERVISOR, or does it mean the SUPERVISOR as a supervisor - needs to be more clear. Reporting has some great features, but sometimes the fields to choose from seem to be "way too many" of the same field (but you don't know which ones you have actually entered data into until you run the report and try to figure out the goods and the bads of the field. (ex: gender)
