Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is currently being used across our entire organization. It is our system of record. It allows us to electronically gather information from our employees so that we can spend more time with them when they really need us.

Pros

  • Keeps up with technology.
  • Stays on top of legislative changes.
  • Listens to customer feedback.

Cons

  • I continue to hear from other employer's who are frustrated at not having a dedicated rep to call with questions.
  • You can't code an ex-spouse in ADP, seems silly in this day and age.
  • We were able to eliminate a home grown company intranet and move everything to ADP.
  • Using ADP to help track our leaves has been priceless.
While it takes a while to convince the workforce that the technology is good, once adopted, the feedback is approximately 95% positive.
  • Vendor Feeds
Integration with other products is easy enough but can be costly.

ADP continues to lack support to those who answer the phones for ADP. When there are changes, updates, glitches, we often know more about it than those we speak to by phone.
Avaya Cloud Office, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
ADP is well suited to an organization where HR professionals are stretched thin (never heard of one that isn't).
