ADP is currently being used across our entire organization. It is our system of record. It allows us to electronically gather information from our employees so that we can spend more time with them when they really need us.

Stays on top of legislative changes.
Listens to customer feedback.

I continue to hear from other employer's who are frustrated at not having a dedicated rep to call with questions.
You can't code an ex-spouse in ADP, seems silly in this day and age.

Return on Investment

We were able to eliminate a home grown company intranet and move everything to ADP.
Using ADP to help track our leaves has been priceless.

Scalability

While it takes a while to convince the workforce that the technology is good, once adopted, the feedback is approximately 95% positive.
