Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

The entire organization currently uses ADP Workforce Now. It allows all team members to gain access to their timekeeping, personal information, pay information, etc. from the app or the browser version.

Pros

  • Very user friendly interface.
  • Ability to easily customize home page to show effective information to your team.
  • Provides a hub of all HRIS data which assists our Executives in bettering business decisions.

Cons

  • From time to time, there are technical difficulties with the website where the global site is down for a period of time
  • Would like to see more capabilities in the time & attendance platform.
  • In the years before the pandemic we saw a decrease in our turnover by about 7% over a two year period due to the careful tracking and analysis of our turnover ratios as a company. This was guided by the data that is housed in ADP.
We have almost all of our team members utilizing ADP Self Service in some fashion.

  • Health Benefit Carriers
Most of the time the integration is easy unless the marketplace does not support the connection. We have come across some issues trying to connect with Trakstar, which is our online performance evaluation platform.
I have only worked with ADP products including ADP Run, and older versions of WFN.

Our Account Manager, Monique, is excellent at responding quickly to any urgent issue. She provides sound advice always!
QuickBooks Online, Concur Travel and Expense, Trakstar Perform, Active Trader Pro (Fidelity Investments)
Overall, ADP assists our entire company in providing sound information that is available to our team while also providing data to ensure better decisions are being made by our company.
