Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Currently, we use ADP to process our biweekly payroll for three companies. It helps us with all our calculations, garnishments, and special payrolls. I use WFN daily to help employees with any questions they have on their payroll. We also use ADP to transmit information to other software for insurance billing.

  • ADP is always updating and changing its software.
  • Easier search for what report can be used in certain circumstances.
  • Make the bridge less confusing.
  • Offer more classes.
  • Made it easier to see what payroll costs will be incurred each month.
  • Saves time and hassle to keep track of time off.
  • Cost is less with ADP than with in-house payroll.
ADP is always making changes and takes suggestions from users for future changes. It feels like they always keep up with the times.

Most of it is ADP producing reports or information that can be transmitted to outside companies.

I have always had pretty good luck with the reps that I have contacted with questions or problems.
It is pretty simple to follow the steps in calculating payroll and getting payroll processed. Would like them to interact with other programs a bit easier.
