Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I use ADP for hiring and onboarding of new expatriates, for their monthly payroll but also to get reports and manage vacation accruals through Time and Attendance.

I’ve received satisfactorily responses to my questions every time I have reached out to a representative.
For payroll, ADP is easy to use and very efficient. Mobile app is also very user friendly.
For time and attendance desktop version, our users have a hard time requesting reports.
