Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now as our HRIS and have all our benefits and 401k feeds flowing from our carriers to ADP. We process payroll through ADP as well and performance module is a part of our account.

Pros

  • The reporting on the Administration side is excellent
  • Handling complex state and local tax issues
  • Ease of integrating our partners through feeds

Cons

  • The employee app can be hard to use at times and more user friendly
  • Employee facing screens need to be easier to use
  • PTO synchronized with Microsoft outlook to allow for easier use for managers and employees to see who on their teams is off.
  • We have been able to scale our employee count by 100% over the last year.
  • Allows my payroll analyst to spend more time on larger projects.
We have been adding acquisition companies to our payroll system. It takes some time to ensure the acquisitions are on properly.

Completely integrated with a 360 integration. It was quicker then expected
The employee facing app for Paycom is better than ADP but on the back side administration ADP is more robust and provides a better experience for the payroll professional.

The service is really good when you are able to communicate with the correct person.
It is appropriate for companies that require robust reporting and access to data about their employees. We also use the data analytics on a daily basis.
