Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

We are a social media marketing agency and as such we create organic content for many different clients. Agorapulse enables us to create, organise and manage content and engagement all in one place for all of our clients. The community management tool is fantastic for keeping all of our engagement in one place and calendar sharing means we can send content to each other and clients for approval.
  • Calendar sharing - great for internal and external approval
  • Community management - it means we can keep on top of engagement for all of our clients in one place
  • Report - it's really useful for us to be able to create such in depth reports that we can use internally but also share with clients so they can see the results of what we are doing
  • Although rare, occasionally posts won't post without reason, which makes it hard for us to learn and avoid these mistakes in the future
  • It would be great to see more Instagram integration, but I am aware that's due to issues with Instagram not Agorapulse
  • It would be great to see other platforms integrated fully such as Google My Business
  • It hands down saves us time in terms of community management
  • It has created a smoother process for getting client approval
  • It saves us time when creating multiple posts
We have used many different tools in the past but Agorapulse really is the best in terms of unifying all of our platforms in one place. It saves us time on a daily basis and means we can limit how many programmes we use. Why use five when one will do!

Agorapulse is very easy to use, for us and our clients. It's very user friendly and even when you're unsure of something, they have lots of FAQ's and helpful posts you can browse. The team is also very responsive whenever we have any issues. We're rarely confused, and even when we are it's not for very long!
The support of Agorapulse is fantastic. We always get a response within a couple of hours should we be struggling with anything and they are very quick to let us know of external platform issues that might affect our content. We're never worried if something goes wrong because we know it will be fixed soon.
If you manage multiple social media accounts, Agorapulse is a must. Even if they are different platforms for one business, the cross-platform duplication and calendar means everything can be created and organised in one place. The community management feature is fantastic for those who need to keep on top of things.
