Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Agorapulse in our business to help our clients get more out of their marketing. With Agorapulse allows us to focus on marketing our clients' online presence via their social media accounts to get the most engagement, social proof, and ROI. It allows us to plan out the strategies in a way, that we can see the bigger picture as well as finesse the subtle signs given off through engagement. With Agorapulse, we have driven our clients to higher subscriber numbers and engage quicker, as inside the program, we can jump between accounts quickly, and schedule our strategic posts to hit at the right time of the day. This program saves us SO much time that we can focus on being "social" on social media, and create meaningful conversations with the people that matter that most... Our client's clients. We have used other tools in the past, but this one is the one we stick with. I would highly recommend it.

Usability

In my experience, the UI and UX design and layout make this software really easy to find what you need and get things done. It's very straightforward in how to post, look at reports, see comments, answer comments, as well as seeing trends in data. My team and I love it as it keeps things simple and saves us time EVERY day. They are also adding in new features every few months which makes it better and not a "old" software setup.

Support Rating

I think they are great. REcently with a new client, trying to add a Facebook account, we ran into an issue that dealt with permission issues. They offered a few ways to fix it, however, this one required a bit more. We were able to get on a short call and work it out within 2 minutes. I think [...] and the rest of the team are wonderful to deal with, and patient!

I think Agorapulse is suited for any industry. We have used in many niches and it's always performed for us. In my experience, it allows you peace of mind to be able to post content once, and have the content go out to all of your platforms. I think it's well suited if you want to have detailed reports as well as being able to spot trends in your content. In my opinion, using this software really adds time back into your business - whether you are a cafe or a Forbes 500 business, this tool can help you grow and get more engagement sooner. I believe it's for every business that has a presence online.
