Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
I have used Airtable at our company as this is the preferred choice for one of our vendors. We use it in conjunction with them and we work on tracking some outstanding issues there. So we use it across 2 companies and within our organization as a result. It has been an interesting but challenging experience.
- Beautiful UI
- Good customer support
- Responsive design
- Very complex and cumbersome to use.
- Confusing amount of filters and almost too much stuff in there.
- Long onboarding.
- Taken too much time to figure out and do every day.
- Let us work with a client we really wanted to have a partnership with.
- Hasn't been intuitive UI or use.
- LinkNotions and Asana
Airtable was the preference of choice of the client we were working with so there wasn't much we could. However, internally we still utilized other options as Airtable was very cumbersome to use and took a while to find what you were looking for. The interface wasn't very easy to navigate or clean.
