Growing with a RMM
Overall Satisfaction with Atera
Support get back to you pretty fast. Product is great for my needs. Use a few RMM but keep coming back to Atera. Only had a few agents that have drop off and sometimes have to reinstall Mac agent after update. I think the AI should be part of their product not an add on.

Makes it easy to monitor devices. We dont really use the billing part of Atera but do use the RMM PSA.
In my opinion, Datto is not a great company to partner with. In my experience, billing is crazy and when you call in for support you get sales.
