Overall Satisfaction with Atera
Atera has been a useful tool in our MSP, we use it as the main RMM Solution and PSA solution for ticketing and with their recent AI developments it takes 50% less time to resolve customer issues.
Pros
- You can schedule IT automation for user devices patch management and schedule reboots as well
- You can run scripts on devices without logging in in the event the user is busy and that saves time
- The new AI features helps troubleshoot device health and recommendations as well and help summarise a ticket request
Cons
- The MDM features is still missing but they are working on bringing into their market place
- Improve on migration from one security solution to the other
- User interface is great but the new ticket structure needs to be improved
- Time saved using the AI copilot that summarises, give solutions and help respond a ticket quickly
- Great integration with antivirus solutions and deployment is quicker
- 24/7 support which makes sure there is less downtime
This has been one of the biggest reasons why we use Atera, the RMM and PSA solutions are inter-grated so seamless and they come under one technician licence you don’t have to purchase a different PSA license
