Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use Big Commerce for our website. We have so many products that either have size options or core charges and the platform allows us to customize those specifics.
Pros
- Easily Add Pages
- Simple to enter Products, Descriptions, Photos & Videos
- Love the professional looking Carousel
- Sorting products under categories/sub-categories creates a simple search process for potential customers
- The customization features allows us to tailor the site to us
Cons
- When entering an item and then going to options, I would like the list to stay the way I sorted it originally. Unfortunately, it goes back to the default sort
- When viewing products, the list seems very random - I would like it to be in alphabetical order.
- Attract more site visitors
