Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry
eTapestry is the database/software we use for our nonprofit fundraising and events. We are able to keep track of donor contact info, giving history, and demographics. In addition we use the DIY forms to receive credit card payments/gifts through our website. We are able to run queries and reports through the software on donor giving history, monthly gifts, and we use this feature for data for our 990 and annual reporting. This is the perfect solution for our size nonprofit (less than 10,000 active donors).

We have less than 10,000 records in our donor database. eTapestry continues to be the best solution because of its ease of use, and Blackbaud's customer service. Any time we have a question or issue it is resolved quickly and efficiently. In addition, we are happy with eTapestry's capabilities, and the reports that we are able to run. Moreover, the cost for the software fits into our budget.
