Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use it to share valuable and timely information with all of the other partners. We are constantly getting new versions of older documents and brand new documents and with Bloomfire we can easily stay up to date with the latest information. We also have the ability to comment on the materials and share ideas and questions.

  • Allowing users to comment and ask and answer questions.
  • Not sure if it already exists, but it would be good to have a dashboard of key statitics
  • Have an option for a list view or the thumbnail view
  • It has increased my productivity since I can rapidly find the relevant Information that I need
  • It has made it easier for me to quickly meet my customer's need for information

Much better functionality for what we need. Makes it easier to share and comment on posts.
Bloomfire works great for managing a large database of knowledge, like whitepapers, blog posts, and other documents that you want to share openly with a large audience.
I don't think it handles security well, so I would not recommend it for confidential information, although maybe there is a feature that I am unaware of that would make that possible.
