Bomgar does it all, Superbly!
Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar
Currently used by ICT to remotely manage users PC's and mobile devices including tablets. It allows us to connect to users machines or mobile devices whether they are on the university network or not. This allows us to connect and support home workers and researchers in different countries.
Pros
- Remote control of PC's, the best product on the market in my opinion.
- Security, located in our DMZ and providing 2 factor authentication if required its a secure solution.
- Elevation to admin session without having to log off of a remote session.
- Deployment of Bomgar Button on all PC's Desktops to enable users to easily request support.
- Customisable to meet your specific security needs and able to customise to suit your resource constraints to have automatic queuing or session key required sessions.
- Surveys and reporting are really valuable to obtain feedback from end users on how they value the sessions.
Cons
- It would be really nice to be able to more easily add sound to presentations.
- Feedback from customer surveys indicate the customers are very happy and impressed with the solution.
- Efficiency is increased with more incidents and requests being completed from the desk rather than visiting.
- Faster resolution of incidents where the users is out of the office. Typically these would need to wait until they were in the office, now we can remote control and resolve via an internet connection.

Bomgar is easy to use, secure and feature rich. Its easy to install and maintain and it just works, every time. Its a smooth slick product and I cannot fault it. Other solutions have some of the elements of Bomgar and miss others elements. Bomgar has it all and most importantly, it does it so well!
