Overall Satisfaction with Box
At our company, we use Box to manage our sensitive files. We use another cloud server for our day-to-day documents but needed a separate account/location where we keep our files that we do not want our employees to have access to. Since we could only have one location of our other platform, Box was the perfect solution. We use Box on two desktop computers and 2 mobile devices.
Pros

- Allows for a variety of organizational methods for files and folders.
- Allows for multiple device integration.
- Has the ability to login through the internet or access files on your computer or mobile device.
- Various pricing plans to meet needs based on space and users.
Cons
- Needs a quick link to see attached devices.
- Box has given us peace of mind that our files are safe and backed up.
- Box has provided solutions for us that we couldn't find elsewhere.
- Box has allowed us to collaborate on files which has saved us 1-2 hours per week.
- Dropbox and Google Drive
We have used Dropbox for a long time but we needed a secondary solution and that is when we started using Box. The features and benefits between the two platforms are very similar. If you are looking for team collaboration, Box offers a more affordable option. I appreciate that Box has the option to create a Box Note or document right from their app and those files can be edited and added to the correct location in Box. This makes it feel a little like a Google Doc - but puts it where you need it in your Box Drive.
Google Drive can offer similar solutions but can only be accessed from the web so nothing can be edited or accessed if you don't have internet access. If you want to have access from a computer, device, or laptop with or without internet access, Box is the way to go.
