- Campaign builder - Difficult to collaborate on the same campaign as it may create conflicting versions
- Dashboarding - There's no way to build dashboards within Braze
- With journeys built along and outside of the funnel, and by passing the conversion events back to Braze, we're able to track key performance indicators along the funnel and optimize them either through content optimization or flow optimization.
- With the channel fallback option built into our journeys, Braze has allowed us to reach customers across various channels and this has expanded our reach
While data integration and reporting features could use some work, beyond that, from the point of view of orchestrating multi-channel journeys and campaigns, Braze has proven to be an indispensable part of our marketing tech stack.
Braze and SFMC are pretty close, but Braze hits the sweet spot with the amount of features it offers and price. Salesforce can be more advanced in terms of features, but is also more complex, and it is pricier.
