Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We handle complex business solutions with Multiple sub-brands and manage their communication under a single main brand. Braze is helping us deliver a personalized experience. The training they provide in the initial phase, along with the support during implementation, is appreciable. We are primarily focused on email marketing, where Braze excels in terms of providing an easy-to-use interface for creating mobile-friendly emails.

The focus of Braze is more on the App. As we primarily use email for communication, the first approach should be improved by Braze. There should have been an option to turn off the mobile and app channel options. The segmentation options offered by Braze are good. Also, the analytics provided after campaign deployment are impressive.
Braze is easy to use and offers excellent modern functionalities, making it ideal for contemporary marketing. The training support and implementation support provided by Braze are also good. In terms of mobile-friendly email creation and personalisation, Braze has stood out. The segmentation capabilities offered by Braze are also good.
