Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze for B2C transactionnal, adh-hoc and automation campaigns to address our users the right message at the right time, on the right channel. We run multiple lifecycle campaigns to onboard, activate, engage and re-engaged users. The goal is to have engaged users who complete deliveries on a regular basis AND follow the rules of co-transportation. We also use Braze for B2B transactional campaigns.

Really easily platform to use..... but it can take time to adjust to it! And especially master and know everything that is possible to do with this platform!
More channels available than other CRM platforms. Helped us be able to find the right channel for each personaes, and adjust communication channels depending on users interactions with our app and behaviours.
More flexible, some rules were before on the tech team side and now with Braze, those rules can be changed without having to ask de tech team - we are more autonomous! Better channel orchestration and more available channels.

Have experiences on various CRM platforms. Braze can seem very to be a very technical tool for marketers at first but allows to be flexible, create very precise segmentations/audiences based on data from front and back end as well as data from our warehouse. And Braze regularly updates its functionalities so we can create within Braze various use cases. The support and CS team at Braze gives lots of insights and helps with issue resolutions, and responds quickly.
