Overall Satisfaction with Braze

Before implementing Braze, we didn't have a consolidated system for user engagement -- we were using a mix of Amazon SES and Firebase. With the introduction of Braze, the marketing team can plan comprehensive campaigns without involving the development team, which has greatly streamlined the workflow.With Braze, we are also able to target and optimize new KPIs related to engagement and monetization that were previously difficult to target. With its personalization tools, our messaging is effective in impacting our users the way the marketing team is looking for.

The platform itself is very intuitive. There are certain limitations, however, as you're trying to implement more complex campaigns.
While we haven't tried too many of the AI tools that Braze offers, the functionalities that are already there have been helpful to give us a place to start off of. For instance, the AI copywriter has helped write compelling copies, while the optimized timings have also been impactful.
We have a worldwide userbase, and the fact that Braze has teams all over the world made us feel reassured that we can tap into their expertise if needed.
