Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Broadvoice is used daily through phone calls, voicemails, transfers, and our entire phone system. Every day, we have to have an active phone system for leads and clients to call us and Broadvoice has proven to be a reliable source for that. I personally use the phone for interoffice and outer office communication. If I need to call a number back that I don't have saved in my contacts, I simply use the history and direct-dial that number, it's such a time saver! The voicemails are checked every morning through email. This allows me to easily access who called and needs help without any kind of passcode needed. Transferring phone calls within interoffice communication are done often and simply. Broadvoice is a great tool for our company.

Broadvoice is well suited for us in many forms. For example, we have a specific time window for business hours and we are able to create an after-hours pathway for emergency services only. The caller has to jump through a few questions that we create and put into the system to substantiate that it is indeed an emergency and then the phone call is routed to our project manager. Broadvoice is not well suited for field staff working on construction sites. They find that going through the Broadvoice app is too much work and like to simply use their cell phone.
