Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice as our main communication system for the company. We are a contractor, so we need to be able to provide emergency/after-hour service, and using the Broadvoice virtual attendant system has made that process very simple. We have our main users with physical phones at desks, but we also have our field installers set up so phone calls can easily be forwarded to cell phones as well.

- Phone book set up for easy call out to repeat customers
- We have a basic level package, so only one person can fax it out. Faxes aren't needed much, but it would be nice if this was available standard for every user.

- One big positive is that I rarely miss phone calls anymore. If I'm not in my office to take the call, it gets automatically forwarded to my cell phone.
I feel like Broadvoice offers the same level of features at a better price than what I found elsewhere.
