Amazing Customer Service. They are on it in seconds to help out. I have never had a bad experience with Broadvoice, and I highly recommend it.

- Getting to the root of the problems, amazing within minutes

- Well there is a problem with the connection at times.
- I would like to add all of my outside service people on but I can't because they need to have a phone line and extension added. I would like to have all of our staff have access through their cell phones so that if we get a message we can send it quickly to their cell phone.

- When you call they really go out of there way to correct a issue.

8 - Managers and Customer Service
- Call forwarding.
- Easy to operate.
- Can investigate all reports to really see if the In and out calls are being handled by all employees!
- Being able to go back to any of the calls and listen to the entire phone call.
- When COVID was on is, we were all able to use Broadvoice with no issues from our homes.
- As we grow we will be able to easily expand with the excellent installation.
