Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice for our phone systems, no problems at the business to address, we all enjoy Broadvoice.
Pros
- Call parking
- Voicemail voice options
- Range of customizable options available on the website
Cons
- I found it difficult to create different voicemails for different times of day, I think a better description of how to do this would be very beneficial.
- Overall, I think better descriptions in the 'how to' area would be helpful, its a little vague.
