Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice as our phone system. My Techs work different shifts and are able to share the support hotline by using the B Hive Application on their device (computer, tablet, or cell) of choice. I also enjoy getting my voicemails via email so I can listen to them at my convivence.

Pros

  • They continually update features on the App
  • Reliable seems like there is no downtime
  • Quick Support when needed

Cons

  • I think the Mobile app can be improve for iPhone a little
  • The Mobile App
  • It has made my team more efficient
Yes the capabilities are very similar but we felt Broadvoice sales and support was more responsive.

I believe that Broadvoice brand recognition is what really needs to improve, because I believe it can do everything that it's competitors can do and expect that any business in need of a UCaaS solution should consider them.
