Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We have 3 locations and are able to easily connect all three with the Broadvoice system. We use the paging option often and are able to transfer calls from one location to another that is over 60 miles away. We have a specific message for our business and are able to change it to adapt to a schedule change or any special situations happening.

Cons
- In my experience, need to dial numbers quickly or it automatically hangs up
- Sometimes hangs up when on hold for too long
- Only 2 park numbers for calls
- Not flexible with time frame of when phone is on/off
- Great value - saved over 50% on my phone bill
- Don't need a receptionist to answer phones
- Messages are also transcribed to email so no calls are missed
Broadvoice was a much better value. We saved over 50% and the features and benefits are very similar. We did not lose anything in terms of capabilities and saved a lot of money. The team that took care of the installation was amazing and helpful and if I run into issues, Broadvoice is quick to resolve them.
